CORE offers effective shutdown maintenance services for rotating as well as static equipment in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation areas.
We perform the following step-wise activities as per the shutdown procedures:
Collect the required data to prepare for the shutdown procedures from the site.
Compile the required data from various sources like existing procedures, manuals and equipment tag list.
Organise the data and feed in to the software.
Review and revise turnaround procedures.
Prepare turnaround schedule and equipment based on agreement with the client.
Prepare shutdown specifications for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation based on data collected, client business plans, maintenance policy and the client’s inputs.
Based on gathered data, our team assigns crafts, man-hour duration, spares and tools required for each shutdown procedure.
While writing shutdown checks, we identify problematic equipment and shut down-sensitive equipment. This is based on the Functional and Equipment Criticality Analysis.
We also outline shutdown network logic.
Based on cost data compiled, we outline budget cost estimate per scenario and all the above activities are also checked for quality.
Our team then outlines safety and permit system for each shutdown procedure.
During the process, our team develops ‘what-if’ scenarios and turnaround library list of all the equipment, grouped by plant, unit, system, system group and maintainable group.
Finally, turnaround report is compiled.
