The Quality Assurance Engineer would be responsible for all the Projects of the CORE. We are looking for a person with a vision and interested to build a long term career with a fast growing company. The position is in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Develops, maintains, and verifies implementation of the project quality assurance program
Coordinates the project quality assurance program.
Plan activities associated with one or more functions in engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, operations and commissioning of a project.
Maintains client liason and communication for project quality assurance activities.
Advises management of project quality assurance problems and progress.
Is responsible for the QA activities on a large project including the supervision and technical guidance of subordinate QA Supervisor(s) and participates in the project auditing and monitoring program to verity the effectiveness of the project quality program & Plan.
Reviews project schedules for quality related activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of the project quality assurance program and plan.
Identify quality problems, initiate documented action and verifies implementation of solutions.
Forecasts quality assurance job hours and monitors charges to the project quality assurance budget.
Initiates project quality assurance staffing requirements and budgets for approval.
Provides work assignments to project quality assurance personnel and prepares reports on the effectiveness the quality assurance program and plan implementation.
Coordinates the preparation of and establishes the quality assurance program.
Reviews and approves quality related procedures prepared on the project to ensure compliance with the project quality program and plan.
Trains quality assurance personnel assigned to the project.
Recommends actions to project personnel to correct observed quality deficiencies.
Supervises and participates in the project auditing and monitoring program to verity the effectiveness of the project quality program and plan
Knowledge of the application of corrective actions to nonconforming conditions.
Knowledge of the application of corrective actions to nonconforming conditions.
Knowledge of the quality assurance principles and their application to engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, operations, or decommissioning.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and functions, which impact the QA program and plan.
Knowledge of company policies and practices regarding personnel actions.
B.E in Mechanical/Production Minimum 2 - 3 Years Experience in as a QA Engineer or equivalent.
Practical work experience in fields of engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, operations, decommissioning, or business administration
Most important ISNT OR ASNT qualificationas level II or level III and knowledge of ASTM codes.
Highly Proficient in MS Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook etc.
Exposure to working in Quality systems like ISO 9001:2008

The Engineer would be responsible for Service of the equipment handled by CORE. We are looking for a person with a vision and interested to build a long term career with a fast growing company. The position is in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
The Engineer would play an integral role in success of the organization. The essential Duties of Service Engineer are:-
Attending the service calls, like Breakdown, Regular Maintenance, Preventive maintenance . Executing Erection and Commissioning with the help of sub-ordinates, Contractors & sub-contractors.
Provide technical training to clients and sub-ordinates
Developing new clients and maintaining existing clients.
To execute the job on site as per SOP and Preparing root cause analysis report.
Complete the given job in stipulated time frame.
Reporting to CORE Service Department as per the Company's Format.
Preparing Minutes of meeting with Client.
Continually learning new products and acquiring better selling skills. The Service Engineer will be required to attend training events throughout the year at PRINCIPALS factory in and will be expected to participate in self development trainings organized by the company.
Being well informed about current industry trends and being able to talk intelligently about the Engineering Industry
Familiarity with all CORE's Partner relationships and how they relate to the company Service.
Understanding and using the sales/service force automation tool - SALESLOGIX.
Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
Maintaining proper records of all the Service calls and preparing various Monthly Reports.
Assisting in contract negotiations.
Understanding purchasing nuances of the industry.
B.E , or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2-4 Years Experience in Service of Electro Mechanical equipments.
Highly Proficient in MS Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook etc.
Exposure to working in Quality systems like ISO 9001:2008

BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
7+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate development, property management, and/ or construction industry.
